Code-E Review

Code-E is the latest anime i’ve finished watching and i found it quite interesting. Now the problem is that i just couldn’t find any good wallpapers for it, so i’ll just stick with the review and a couple of photos.

This anime first aired in 2007 and it has a second season called Mission-E which i’ll start watching soon enough. Ok, so the main character is Ebihara Chinami, a highschool girl with an unusual power: she emits electromagnetic waves when her emotions run wild. This would affect all sorts of electronics. Because of this, her family used to move from place to place. The anime begins with them starting their lives again in another town. Chinami’s first friend at school is Keiko Komatsuna:

Chinami meets Kotaro Kannagi at school, a boy who has a passion for science, so he starts studying the girl’s ability. This is misinterpreted by Kotaro’s friend, Sonomi Kujo who has been inlove with him for a long time.

Chinami also befriends Saihashi Yuma, a girl who lives at a shrine and possesses the same ability as Chinami, tho not as powerful as hers. Yuma is a loner and she keeps her distance from everyone. However, when she meets Chinami, she looks after her, she guides her and helps her control her ability.

All in all it’s an ok romantic comedy and science fiction anime. It has 12 episodes and as far as i know, the second season also has 12 episodes. I’ll update this when i’ll finish watching it.
